Spring Break Policy:
The hotel does not accept spring breakers. If the hotel should detect that a reservation is for spring breakers, they reserve the right to:

• Not accept the reservation.
• Request a deposit of $500 USD per room as a guarantee against possible damages within the hotel. Any violation of hotel rules and regulations may result in immediate eviction from the hotel. (amount subject to change)
