Riu Palace Paradise Island
The Riu Palace Paradise Island, is fronted by a stunning 3-mile stretch of white sand beach facing the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. It features exciting amenities, including: 24-hour room service, nightly turndown service, a new themed restaurant and more. As part of the remake, all of the 379 rooms were completely refurbished and all are either Junior Suites or Suites. All rooms feature plasma TVs and hydro-massage tubs. The resort also added a new fusion restaurant, Krystal, featuring fusion cuisine in a contemporary dining room and a new 24-hour sports bar.

The fine dining options at the Riu Palace Paradise Island offer a wonderful selection of gourmet cuisine from around the world. Delectable local, international, Caribbean, Japanese, grilled and seafood dishes are featured in six restaurants located throughout the property. Buffet style dining and show cooking stations at the main restaurant serve breakfast, lunch and dinner including a wide variety of choices that are sure to please every taste and a la carte dining is relaxed and intimate. Lunch and snacks are served at "Bahamas" during the day. Three bars, including a swim-up bar, "Soca", and a new 24 hr. Sports Bar, serve refreshing island favorites, juices, soda, beer, wine and domestic and imported cocktails until midnight. After the sun goes down, the heat rises with hot nightly entertainment and shows. The largest casino in the Bahamas, the Atlantis Casino, is just steps away for hot action and fun into the wee hours.

Get married at any of the Riu Resorts and you will be able to choose the type of ceremony you want to have: either a civil wedding, religious wedding or a vow renewal. The wedding coordinator will make the necessary arrangements according to your request.

For those who want a beautiful wedding without the big costs associated with such an event, the Riu FREE Wedding Package is truly the perfect option. Minister or Judge fees and documentation are NOT included and the couple must pay for these services upon arrival at the front desk. Must book 5 or more rooms, with 3 nights minimum stay at Riu wedding hotel in order to qualify for a FREE wedding package. Free package covers up to 10 people.

- In order to have a wedding at Riu Hotels & Resorts, the couple and at least 80 percent of the total number of wedding guests must stay at the hotel where the wedding will be performed, otherwise it will be canceled. This is a strict RIU policy.
- Wedding guests who are not staying at the resort must purchase a Day Pass. The cost of day passes ranges between $50 and $100 US dollars.
