Oasis Palm
The Oasis Palm is a relaxed all-inclusive beachfront hotel located on a tranquil beach with family-friendly waves and direct access to the Oasis water sports marina. The hotel, close to Cancun's famous shopping, dining and nightlife, features an expansive pool, a spa and fitness facility and six restaurants and six bars. Enjoy Mexican and Caribbean shows two days per week, and a host of daily and nightly organized activities and entertainment options. Everything a family-vacation should be and with special touches for the kids and the parents too!
Location
This hotel combines the convenience of an all-inclusive Oasis resort with one of the best locations in Cancun - within walking distance of shops and nightlife. The laid-back seaside and poolside restaurants invite you to kick-back and relax. Located just 20 minutes from the airport and next to the Embarcadero (to Isla Mujeres).
Kids Waterpark and Beach Club

Family Friendly Accommodations
Oasis Palm is one of the most family friendly hotels in Cancun! Up to two kids ages 12 & under stay free, and up to three kids per room with two adults are allowed. Kid-themed rooms connecting to parent rooms are also available. All rooms feature two double beds, and rollaways are available on request.

STUDENT / YOUTH POLICY (YEAR ROUND)
Student/Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent/guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis.
As a general rule, Oasis Hotels & Resorts will not accept Student/Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student/Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions:
- Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee in the amount of $30.00 USD (Cash Only). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.
- Credit cards issued to persons other than guest (i.e. parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico.
- Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.
- Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperone(s). One chaperone is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperone is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round.
- Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18.
NOTE: Student / Youth Groups are not accepted at any Oasis resort and each individual resort reserves the right to deny check-in.
Rooms
The Family Room has two connecting rooms with full amenities in both rooms. One room has two double beds and the other room has one king bed, each with a private bathroom and two flat screen TV's with cable.

Services
Resort amenities include two freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pool, two lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, babysitting and medical services, shopping arcade, currency exchange. In addition, the full-service spa offers beauty salon services, a fitness center, massage, sauna and steam baths, Jacuzzi and other services for your pleasure and comfort.
Exchange Privileges
Guests enjoy day facilities, including food and beverage outlets, at Oasis Cancun Lite. Enjoy unlimited greens fees at the nine-hole executive golf course at sister resort, Oasis Cancun Lite. Not included: Transportation and golf equipment rentals.
Spa Services
The full-service spa offers holistic remedies, aromatherapy massages, facials and wraps. (Extra charges apply.)
Use of the fitness center is complimentary. Sauna and steam room also available (extra charges apply).
Family Program
Hotel accepts up to five people per room with three children (0 - 12 years of age) staying free with paying adults in same room. Family Suites are available and consist of one Superior room (themed for the kids) connected to a Pyramid Room. On request. Themed Room (Kid's Room) will accept a third child (12 and under) free.

Oasis Palm offers buffet-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant with a choice of outdoor beachfront or an indoor, air-conditioned section. A la carte dining is available for dinner only in a comfortable, casual Italian restaurant atmosphere. Buffets offer a wide variety of choices suitable for the whole family. Gluten-free and vegetarian dishes are available. Outdoor bars offer snacks throughout the day along with your favorite beverages (surcharges apply for imported brands). Theme nights and live shows are presented two nights a week.

So Much to Do
Take advantage of the fully equipped workout room and tennis courts to stay in shape. Test your skills at the Marina by trying the many water sports available. If you want something a little quieter, just lie back and get an enviable tan on the white sandy beach, cooling off every once in a while with a refreshing dip in the pool. After a full day in the sun, take a sauna or steam bath at the spa and end your day with a gloriously relaxing massage.
The main recreational attractions at this resort are its stretch of fine white sand, dotted with thatched roof shades (palapas) for reading and relaxation, and its calm, shallow water. A depth of about four feet makes sea swimming kid-friendly within the area marked by buoys. Daily activities include beach and pool volleyball competitions, water aerobics and dance lessons. Evening activities include two weekly shows (Mexican and Caribbean) set on the beach, around the pool, or in the lobby depending on the weather. Later, guests can enjoy access to the Up & Down disco located adjacent to the Oasis Cancun.
Dive Shop
The on-site marina can arrange motorized water sports such as jet skiing and deep-sea fishing. Guests can enjoy complimentary non-motorized water sports including windsurfing and kayaking at the marina located at sister resort, Oasis Cancun. (Extra charges apply for motorized water sports.)
Guests receive complimentary greens fees at the nine-hole executive golf course at Oasis Cancun. Equipment rental is available.
