The Iberostar Tucán is made up of 3-story bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests have unlimited access to 4 freshwater swimming pools, including a children's pool and an open-air Jacuzzi, 3 bars, a main restaurant with show-cooking, 3 restaurants with Italian, Mexican, and steakhouse specialties, a grill/snack bar, a beach bar, a health and beauty center (with massages, steam baths, fitness machines, a hairdresser, facial treatments, and a Jacuzzi) and medical services. Shops and boutiques are also on the premises. Children's entertainment is provided throughout the day at the playground, mini-club, and children's pool, and through games and competitions organized by the entertainment team.
