Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenation The Spa at El Dorado Royale Riviera Maya, offers an assortment of treatments for the body and soul. Located in the center of the property, the El Dorado Royale Riviera Maya spa was created with the same motto of rest, relaxation and romance as the rest of the Resort. Among the many treatments, one of the most popular offerings is the couples massage class. Use of the Spa facilities includes the fitness room, sauna, steam room, pressure shower, jacuzzi, spa pool and lockers.

Spa Royale was created with the same concept as the rest of the resort which is “rest, relaxation and romanceâ€. Use of the Spa facilities includes the fitness room, sauna and steam room. The 20,000-sq-ft., Mexican-themed spa welcomes both El Dorado Royale guests and El Dorado Casitas Royale guests to experience an impressive menu of traditional and alternative spa therapies. Designed to sooth the senses, the luxurious spa facility includes a water journey pool, sauna, steam room, showers, spa treatment rooms, fitness center, boutique spa shop, bridal suites, event space and full-service salon. The new Casitas Spa incorporates elements of the Gourmet Inclusive philosophy with its unique services and alternative therapies inspired by native Mexico introducing new Temazcal rituals.
The Delicious Chocolate therapy invites guests to experience chocolate with no remorse. This sensual treatment is rich in minerals and smooth, nourishing cocoa butter. In addition to these spa treatments, Casitas Spa offers more traditional favorites such as scrubs, body wraps, special treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and full-service beauty salon services.

To get the most out of your "Spa experience", the Resort encourages you to keep the following points in mind:
Reservations
How early should you arrive for your appointment? Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. They also recommend that you take a 20-minute sauna or steam bath prior to your treatment(s).
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and the therapists, the Resort requires a 12 hour advance notice for cancellations or for appointment changes. Without this advance notification, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment(s) fee.
Male or Female Therapist?
When making your appointment please be sure to let the Spa know the gender preference of your therapist. They will do their best to accommodate your request.
Let Your Therapist Know!
The more personal physical information the Spa has for your therapist, the better they can serve you. It is important to note that some of the treatments are not recommended for pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or people with allergies.
Gratuities & Taxes
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All treatment prices are in U.S. dollars with 10% tax included.
Hours of Operation
Spa facilities are open from 7:00am to 11:00pm. This includes gym amenities, sauna, steam room, showers and all spa treatments.
For information and reservations, please dial the Spa at extension 3000 or make your appointment in person at the Spa reception desk. Appointments should be made at least one day in advance. All appointments are based on availability. If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment may be shortened so that the therapist is on time for his/her next appointment. Appointments are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after their scheduled time if you fail to arrive for your treatment(s).
