Bartley's Restaurant Adults Only
One of the only restaurants in Antigua that offers comfortably air-conditioned dining in an intimate setting. Situated within the main hotel complex, the elegantly appointed Bartley's Restaurant offers the perfect opportunity for guests to share a romantic dinner, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening of delectable entrees, fine wines, and great company. The menu is an incredible culinary masterpiece, featuring signature dishes all perfectly complemented by an extensive wine list, candlelit tables, attentive staff and an expert sommelier. Bartley's Restaurant is an all-inclusive indulgence for our guests; the limited seating neccessitates early reservations so please remember to pre-book your table. Bartley's Restaurant is open for dinner only and on alternating nights during the low season. Please note that shorts, sneakers and T-shirts are not permitted.

The Cove Restaurant
Taking Caribbean dining with an Asian twist to an entirely new level. Uniquely situated on a clifftop, guests are greeted by flaming torches and a dramatic entrance leading into a candlelit hall. Once inside, guests will see that The Cove offers some of the most breathtaking views to be found anywhere in the Caribbean. Spectacular sunsets accompanied by gentle Caribbean breezes, set the tone for an evening of epicurean delight while the friendly, expert staff is on hand to cater to your every need. The Cove’s team of expert chefs bring international flair from their culinary experiences seducing you with their exquisite gastronomic delights and subtle blends of flavors. Regarded as one of Antigua’s premier fine dining restaurants, The Cove offers guests an experience not to be missed.

The Palm Restaurant
Designed to take advantage of the beautifully landscaped gardens and palm tree-framed views of the Caribbean Sea, the superbly positioned Palm Restaurant provides an alfresco dining experience. Adding international flair to locally caught seafood and fresh Antiguan-grown produce, the Palm Restaurant offers a traditional Antiguan colonial-style dining experience in exquisite, natural surroundings. Signature specialties include Soft-back Crab Cakes and Mango Salsa and Antiguan Mahi Creole. The daytime atmosphere of the Palm Restaurant is that of a relaxed Caribbean cafe. Daytime attire requires that guests wear bathing suit covers, wraps, or shorts and footwear at all times.
The terrace adjacent to the main restaurant is ideally suited for guests who prefer a more casual setting or who choose to dine with wet swimwear.

Pelican Bar
Named for the majestic birds that frequent the Blue Waters bay, the Pelican Bar is a characteristically Caribbean resort bar-bright and airy, with arched, open doorways that frame picturesque views of sea and lush green gardens. Adjacent to the tea terrace and lobby, and just steps away from the Palm Restaurant, the Pelican Bar is a perfectly positioned venue for relaxing with a good book during the day, sipping on an early evening cockatil or dancing under the stars to the beat of a steel band.

Carolyn's Beach Bar & Restaurant

Blue Waters features a range of activities throughout the day as well as nightly Caribbean entertainment so there is always something to do. For daily diversions, guests of Blue Waters will enjoy the air-conditioned game room with pool, table tennis and table football, as well as a variety of activities taking place all day long at the resort from stretching and sailing lessons to cooking classes, craft demonstrations, nightly entertainment, fashion shows, an all-weather tennis court and an air-conditioned gym and spa. There are also supervised children’s activities available one hour each day from Monday to Friday.

Guests may also opt to hire a powerboat with skipper (24 hours notice is required) for a jaunt around the waters off Antigua. Additionally, the on-site water sports center provides instruction for those who want to perfect or learn how to windsurf, sail or snorkel.
